Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Employee Management:
    • Manage recruitment process, including advertising job openings and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain precise and secure employee records.
    • Aid in employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
    • Efficiently manage employee benefits and payroll.
    • Respond to employee queries about company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Deliver procurement and financial services, using expertise in budgeting and cost control to ensure compliance.
    • Negotiate vendor agreements to foster productive partnerships.
    • Enhance operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing costs.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
