Administration Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization.

We are looking for someone who can provide expert guidance and support to our administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Duties:
  1. Provide leadership and mentorship to administration team members.
  2. Coordinate administrative activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and vendors.
  4. Oversee attendance and leave records for all staff members.
  5. Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
  6. Evaluate product/service quality and implement necessary improvements.
  7. Facilitate procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  8. Establish and maintain reliable communication networks with stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, utility providers, and other external partners.
  10. Coordinate logistical arrangements for employee travel, accommodation, and documentation.
  11. Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance are up to date.
  12. Promote a positive work environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
