A dynamic and results-driven project lead is sought to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transformation Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  3. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  4. Best Practices Implementation: Promote and implement best practices in project management and transformation initiatives to enhance firm effectiveness.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent data management and analytics skills.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  4. ACCA Affiliate certification is also encouraged.
Experience Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management.
