Job Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Executive who can effectively engage with international clients, make outbound calls to secure offices for QMEs, and negotiate with office managers to facilitate office placements.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented and analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential office locations to inquire about office availability for QMEs.
  • Assisting in securing offices for QMEs.
  • Gathering and maintaining accurate information from office managers.
  • Negotiating and persuading office managers to facilitate office placements.
  • Identifying potential leads and maintaining a database for follow-ups.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in international operations support or international client communications is required.
