Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to take on key responsibilities, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively initiating sales calls to new prospects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring confidentiality. They will also solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth with existing strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing contracts
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers and discovering opportunities
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth with existing strategic customers
  • Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
  • Assists in the development of annual sales goals and monthly targets
  • Develop and deliver business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports
  • Built referral and lead generation network
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Sales or other relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • A desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  • Market research experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
