We are seeking a skilled and creative Fashion Designer to lead the development of our ready-to-wear collections.

This role requires strong attention to detail, commercial viability, and an understanding of Pakistan's luxury fashion market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ready-to-wear collections aligned with our aesthetic and seasonal vision.
  • Research trends, customer preferences, and cultural inspirations to create commercially relevant designs.
  • Prepare design sketches, CADs, mood boards, and tech packs to communicate creative concepts.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and design fit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors throughout the sampling and production process.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in fashion design (ready-to-wear or luxury preferred).
  • Strong creative sense with an eye for detail and commercial viability.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and the production process.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of Pakistan's luxury fashion market and client expectations.
