Description of the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal SQA (Automation) Engineer to join our team. As a senior member of our agile team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and testability of features or bugs that have been worked on.

Job Responsibilities
  • Developing test cases based on user stories to ensure thorough quality assurance.
  • Validating features/user stories against agreed acceptance criteria to guarantee delivery meets expectations.
  • Ensuring developed features meet quality standards by implementing best practices.
  • Analyzing system features and functionality to determine the best testing approach.
  • Collaborating with Development Teams to analyze, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Participating in daily scrum and sprint planning sessions to drive project progress.
  • Contributing to User Story estimations to ensure accurate project timelines.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium and Cypress to deliver high-quality results.
  • Understanding of all testing strategies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development process to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • At least 4 years of experience in automation testing to ensure a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in C# language specifically to develop robust automated tests.
