Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our in-house IT infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be on providing remote IT support to our clients, ensuring that their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for carrying out routine health checks and intrusion detection, as well as training staff members on various technical aspects.
In addition, you will assist in software and hardware procurement for our organization and its clients, and proactively add value to our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop our in-house IT infrastructure.
- Provide remote IT support to our clients.
- Carry out routine health checks and intrusion detection.
- Train staff members on technical aspects.
- Assist in software and hardware procurement.
- Proactively add value to our operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in VOIP, Asterisk, and Elastix is essential.
- MCSE certification with a plus for CCNA expertise is beneficial.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities are necessary.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Elastix, Microsoft Server platforms, including Windows Server 2003, 2008, and Exchange Servers, is required.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
- The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
- Staying up-to-date in the subject area and actively participating in staff development is required.
- Seeking to work effectively, efficiently, and flexibly is vital.
