About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored CRM solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will be responsible for conducting requirements gathering sessions, delivering technical consulting and support, and ensuring seamless implementation of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional technical consulting and support for Dynamics CRM implementation
  • Assist with new customer implementation
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions
  • Client/customer-facing meetings
  • Presentations to prospective clients
  • Support 3rd party products as added to product stack
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Prior experience working with Dynamics CRM is essential, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience. Experience with both CRM on-premises and online versions is highly desirable, as is proficiency in using Azure DevOps and other development tools.
