Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team and drive revenue growth through account expansion and upselling/cross-selling.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer success, with a proven track record of growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and expand into new markets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  2. Proven track record of growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
