As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving nationwide revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed company objectives.
Sales Leadership Role- This position requires a strong leader with in-depth market knowledge, customer-centric approaches, and a results-driven mindset to oversee regional sales teams and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- You will be responsible for monitoring customer and market dynamics, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing customer service best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Leading sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting will also be essential to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Oversee regional sales teams, ensuring performance alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Monitor customer and market dynamics, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Implement customer service best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Advanced understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer service practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address challenges proactively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Suitable Qualifications: MBA (Marketing) / Pharm-D / BS/MS in Nutrition Sciences or a related field.
