Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining one or more capabilities for our mobile platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will help design and develop high-quality, well-engineered software that is performant, clean and easy to maintain.
  • You will work closely with a multidisciplinary squad to deliver end-to-end solutions, from initial concept to fruition in one of our production-ready applications.
  • You will address complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementations.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant working experience working on complex Android-based products, with at least 2+ years in a Senior role;
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin;
  • Techincal experience with architecture patterns like MVP, MVVM, MVI, Clean architecture or other scalable architectures;
  • Solid understanding of multithreading and structured concurrency with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow;
  • Techincal experience with unit testing, UI testing, snapshot testing and debugging tools like Layout Inspector, Android Profiler and ADB;
  • Techincal experience with SDLC processes and CI/CD automation, strong knowledge of Gradle, familiar with Github Actions or Bitrise, and deployment tools.

• Strong sense of ownership;
• Result-oriented engineer who is familiar with Agile software development practices and methodologies;
• Hands-on technical experience with non-functional features such as security, performance and accessibility;
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills and can thrive in a complex domain;
• Accustomed to translating high-level business requirements into technical designs and coach your peers to do the same;
• Understand the value of proper documentation, automation and other aspects of a modern software development lifecycle.
