Mission Objectives

Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
  • A background in direct response e-commerce or fast-paced online businesses is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote international teams is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
