Job Title: Security and Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage labor effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with labor, overseeing their duties and responsibilities.
  • Accurately record staff attendance in both manual and electronic formats.
  • Maintain log books for company vehicles, bikes, and generators on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the security of property and staff at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks on cleanliness throughout the factory premises.
  • Verify that electric equipment is switched off after office hours.
  • Inspect goods, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other items daily to ensure they are properly stored according to safety standards.
  • Verify that employees have placed tools and equipment in designated areas.
  • Regularly inspect items stored in boxes, cupboards, and secure locations.
  • Ensure keys are safely stored in a designated cupboard.
  • Lock offices after office hours.
  • Clear working walkways at all times.
  • Enforce uniform and safety gear requirements among employees.
  • Designate smoking areas only for employees to smoke.
  • In case of emergencies, arrange necessary resources such as first aid, ambulance, and transport.
  • Create and distribute duty rosters for security staff.
  • Monitor gate registers for incoming and outgoing items, materials, and products.
  • Supervise the physical inspection of incoming and outgoing materials daily.
  • Prevent unauthorized persons from leaving the factory during working hours without a gate pass.
  • Restrict access to the factory for outsiders without permission from authorized personnel.
  • Verify employee identities before exiting the gate.
  • Keep the main gate closed at all times.
  • Arrange accommodations for visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Evaluate labor and staff attendance regularly, frequently visiting the factory to assess worker performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating proactive behavior and leadership skills.
  • Assist senior managers, guide team members, and monitor the efficiency of employees within the team.
  • Manage last-minute orders, address labor complaints, supervise daily work, and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Solve problems professionally, coordinate with operations, and handle matters efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality performance and work flexible hours when required.
  • Perform administrative and office support tasks for multiple supervisors, including filing, telephone calls, receiving visitors, word processing, and faxing.
  • Handle incoming letters and documents, ensuring proper filing and storage.
  • Oversee the administrative department, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements:

Candidates should be sharp, motivated, and energetic. They must be able to handle complex tasks and assignments. Labor experience is an advantage.
