Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This position involves streamlining infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform on the AWS platform. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, designing and implementing infrastructure as code solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, developing and maintaining Terraform modules and templates, and monitoring and optimizing AWS infrastructure performance, cost, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Teams: Oversee entire projects and direct DevOps teams to ensure efficient execution.
  • Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Use Terraform to automate provisioning, deployment, and management of cloud resources on the AWS platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate Terraform configurations into the deployment process.
  • Terraform Module Development: Create and maintain reusable Terraform modules and templates to establish consistent infrastructure patterns.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement best practices and utilize Terraform features to monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure performance, cost, and security.
  • Technology Updates: Stay updated on emerging AWS and Terraform technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of infrastructure automation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in Terraform, Dockers, cloud engineering, specifically with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
