Lead Creative Visionary

About the Job

Seeking an innovative and experienced leader to spearhead our graphic design and video production department.

This key role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in both graphic design and video production, demonstrates exceptional leadership, and possesses the ability to translate clients' visions into compelling visual solutions.

The Lead Creative Visionary will oversee the creative process for client projects, ensuring all visual content elevates client brands and drives measurable ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of graphic designers and video editors, overseeing all client projects from concept through to completion.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, project scope, and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement creative and design strategies tailored to each client's brand, ensuring all deliverables support brand uplift and ROI.
  • Review and approve design and video outputs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role with at least 5 years in the industry and 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing for diverse client projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client priorities.
