About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Remote Sales-Cold Calling Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and secure appointments is a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be required to present our recruitment solutions effectively and address client needs. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance customer engagement is also essential to your success.
Requirements:
To excel in this position, you will need proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as well as strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also necessary. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Work Schedule:
This role requires a flexible schedule with 5 days a week and alternative Saturdays. Working hours are from 5:30 PM PKT to 3:00 AM PKT. During this time, you will be expected to track and report on daily activities, lead status, and sales goals. Collaboration with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness is also vital to your success.
Compensation:
You will receive a base salary, discussed with your hiring manager. A bonus of 2,000 PKR will be awarded for every authentic lead generated. The first three months of employment will be a probation period, during which performance will be monitored.
