We are seeking a Digital Fundraising Leader to plan, manage and lead our global digital fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth digital product management experience and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a strong web presence through a robust digital infrastructure for our global website and Peer-to-Peer fundraising platform.
  2. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for our digital journey over the next 5 years, devising strategies for fundraising via website, email, search, display, paid social and other digital channels.
  3. Research and gather insights on global markets to devise strategies relevant to each market's unique requirements.
  4. Lead the website innovation process, ensuring new features and enhancements meet branding, usability, and fundraising objectives.
  5. Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process for global digital fundraising, making investment cases for new activity and growth.
  6. Proactively manage budgets, monitor and report on digital fundraising campaigns to ensure they deliver on target.
  7. Execute digital fundraising campaigns and projects from beginning to end, managing the effective and timely delivery.
  8. Serve as team lead for standard and special digital marketing campaigns, assisting with special events and corporate partnerships.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors, including web developers, videographers, graphic designers, and photographers.
  10. Apply data-driven approaches to provide context and insight for digital reporting, covering specific campaigns and overall performance.
  11. Work closely with fundraising, product, and communication teams to integrate online and offline fundraising products and campaigns.
  12. Ensure digital activity is joined up and optimized across our partner offices by providing advice and updates to colleagues.
  13. Monitor and analyze new market trends and study competitors' products and services.
