We seek a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial records and administering various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports
  2. Managing cash flow, invoices, and payments
  3. Developing and implementing efficient accounting processes
  4. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and clients
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and support

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and E-Mail handling
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks
