Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who want to gain practical experience in project management, coordination, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning and organization, ensuring tasks, schedules, and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Coordinate daily project operations, communicate with team members, and track progress to meet deadlines.
  • Organize daily activities, make follow-ups, and contribute to tracking project progress for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Establish communication channels within departments to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and report any delays or risks for timely resolution.
  • Prepare updates, presentations, and summaries to support client communication, professionally and on time.
  • Utilize project management software to log tasks, dependencies, and team activities.
  • Participate in quality control measures to ensure projects comply with internal standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and apply project coordination best practices, tools, and frameworks to become a full-time project coordinator.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
  • Fresher to 6 months of experience in project management.
  • Basic understanding of the project lifecycle, task coordination, and project workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for learning, taking initiative, and growing in a project-based role.
