Senior SEO Specialist - Property Sector Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO specialist to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth in the property sector.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, primarily for property-related websites. They will conduct thorough website audits, keyword research, and optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking. Additionally, they will develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors.

About the Role:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for property-related websites.
  2. Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research.
  3. Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking.
  4. Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors.
  5. Build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and local SEO.
  6. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  7. Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector.
  2. Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  3. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
  4. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Understanding of the UK market and culture is a plus.
