Operational Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation and logistics company. You will have a strong background in transportation and logistics operations, with experience in managing teams and improving processes.
- Oversight of all aspects of transportation and logistics operations, including fleet management and dispatch coordination.
- Development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Analysis of transportation metrics and implementation of improvements as necessary.
- Supervision and training of staff to ensure adherence to company policies and provision of excellent customer service.
- Coordination with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in transportation and logistics operations. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
