Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled organizational development specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's development initiatives in the textile digital printing sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic people management programs for the textile digital department, focusing on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address organization development needs and opportunities.
  • Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement change management initiatives to support the organization's growth and development.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, working closely with HR to ensure policies and procedures align with business objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure organizational development initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Create new standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, job descriptions, and documents as per best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Age up to 35 years.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of organization development principles and best practices.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • OD-related certifications required.
