We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. This individual will be the primary point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support
  2. Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries related to shipment tracking and services offered
  3. Educate customers on shipping procedures and documentation requirements
  4. Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  5. Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
