Key Responsibilities">

Enhance Sales Performance:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is essential.
  2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, are required.
  3. A strict adherence to our company philosophy, mission statement, and sales goals is mandatory.
  4. Extensive knowledge of our brand and product is preferred.
  5. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are necessary for success.
  6. Energetic and proactive individuals who can tackle new projects and ideas are ideal candidates.
  7. Senior-level working experience is necessary for this position.
  8. Excellent communication skills with buyers are crucial.
  9. Fluent spoken and written English, along with a strong understanding, is essential.
  10. Strong follow-up skills for timely sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories are necessary.
  11. Responsibility for planning shipments from sampling to garment shipment requires coordination with all departments.
  12. Meet commitments with buyers at all times.
  13. Knowledge of garment costing will be beneficial but is not required.
