Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing our digital content strategy across social media, websites, and other channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage digital strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to align digital efforts with broader company goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital content creation and management.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools to create visually appealing content.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creativity: A passion for creativity and innovation, with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to generate new ideas.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech or software development industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
