Science Education Trainer

The role of an Academic Support Specialist is to provide expert training to primary science teachers across multiple clusters.

This six-month contractual position will contribute significantly to improving the quality of education in Pakistan and other developing contexts by supporting the development of passionate and transformative educational professionals.

• Design and deliver daily training sessions for primary science teachers.
• Develop and adapt training materials according to specified standards.
• Administer pre- and post-tests to assess trainee progress and training effectiveness.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of training and compile detailed reports on activities and outcomes.

• Master's or BS degree in a relevant subject.
• At least three years of experience in teaching or training Science at the Primary/Secondary level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple clusters effectively.
