Financial Planning Manager

About the Role

This is a management position responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, or supply chain. The successful candidate will support the senior manager in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution, and ensure the delivery of overall objectives.

The role involves managing and executing aspects of finance planning and performance management, including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a focused scope.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute finance planning and performance management activities
  • Owning data collection and verifying data integrity
  • Ensuring strong controls and compliance environment and full adherence to policies
  • Help prepare critical financial data and insights for strategic decision-making
  • Lead projects to improve efficiencies and processes, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience and knowledge in technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, data analysis, reporting, and cost management to achieve financial targets. You should also have business acumen and understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local snacking market dynamics.

You will bring leadership skills, including business partnering and effective communication within a large regional or local public company. Growth and digital mindset, with the ability to leverage technology for operational improvements are also essential.

Integrity and sound judgment aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations are required.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (preferred), Professional Accounting certification, MBA from top schools

Experience: Minimum of 7 years, ideally with an FMCG company. Experience in FP&A, Category Finance, or Commercial Finance is essential.
