About the Role

As an SMB Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our largest line of revenue. Our customer base is comprised of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) who generate the majority of our revenue.

We are looking for professionals with a proven track record of success, international experience working with US customers and culture, and a willingness to continuously refine their skillset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep connections with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your SMB customer base.
  • Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business, aligning those needs with our solution.
  • Demonstrate our software and solutions to fleet managers or strategic SMB customers.
  • Work with account teams including customer success managers, support, product specialists, sales engineers, data analytics, and more to support and grow customers.
  • Proactively engage clients on upcoming renewals, ensuring a smooth process that minimizes churn.
  • Identify problems, think critically to determine the optimal course of action, and implement best available solutions.
  • Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, using that knowledge and market input to drive business improvements.
  • Continuously study and deepen understanding of market trends to enable consultative insight.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution, preferably with international exposure to US/UK/Canada B2B customers.
  • At least 2 years of relevant or transferable work experience.
  • Strong ownership attitude, with ability to influence both internal stakeholders and key decision makers externally.
  • Leadership and/or management experience, with ability to influence outcomes through an understanding of the customer's business and our unique solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to successfully convey key value propositions and manage objections.
