BCMS Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BCMS Consultant to support the implementation and management of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

1. Assist in implementing and reviewing ISO 22301-based BCMS.
2. Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises.
3. Document business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
4. Assist in testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness.
5. Prepare BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-2 years of experience in BCMS or IT governance-related roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent documentation, report writing, and research skills.
