Job Title: Green Space Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced horticulturist to lead our gardening team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in garden maintenance, with a strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and landscaping techniques. A high level of physical fitness is required as the position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of gardeners and delegate tasks efficiently
• Plan and schedule garden upkeep tasks
• Maintain gardens by watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, etc.
• Create landscape designs based on client preferences
• Provide expert advice on plant selection and care
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
• Report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in gardening or landscaping
• Knowledge of diverse plant species, soil types, and gardening techniques
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• High level of physical fitness for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients
