Tax Services Leader

As a Tax Leader, you will be responsible for managing tax services for clients across various industries. You will lead a team in providing high-quality tax services and help manage client compliance and reporting needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will combine strong technical skills with practical commercial knowledge to deliver tax services of the highest quality.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
  • You will monitor progress and deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • You will assist in generating new business opportunities and building client networks to grow the client base.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • MBA, Masters, or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
  • A strong background in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, corporate tax, and financial tax reporting.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in tax services, preferably within a large professional services company.
