Payment Collector

Role Description:

The Receivable Manager plays a critical role in driving cash flow within an organization by ensuring timely payments from clients. This involves following up with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, to remind them of due payments and facilitate smooth payment processing.

Achieving monthly and yearly collection targets is a key performance metric for this position. To succeed, the individual must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to work under pressure as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following up with clients to collect due payments
• Ensuring timely payments and resolving any disputes that may arise
• Providing guidance and support to regional receivable executives to ensure they meet their targets
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and payments

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Minimum graduation in accounts with at least one year of experience
