We are seeking a skilled Software Sales Professional to drive sales of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

At GenZ Talent, we offer a competitive base salary of $80,000 plus commission for this remote full-time position.

Job Description:

This role involves identifying and targeting prospective customers through research, outbound calls, and networking. You will demonstrate and present SaaS solutions to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features. It is essential to understand customer needs and tailor SaaS offerings to address specific pain points.

You will develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities through CRM tools. This includes negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention are also crucial aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective customers through research, outbound calls, and networking.
  • Demonstrate and present SaaS solutions to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor SaaS offerings to address specific pain points.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities through CRM tools.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex software products and convey value propositions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or other relevant tech areas, and multilingual abilities are highly valued.
