Cognitive Assessment Expert

This position requires expertise in developing and maintaining databases for clients and beneficiaries.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (Psychology) and 2-3 years of experience in Aptitude Testing Tool Development.
Main Responsibilities:- Database development and maintenance for optimal data management
- Conducting research surveys, data entry, and record maintenance for reliable results
- Preparing comprehensive reports, publications, and website content for effective communication
- Designing and developing testing service proposals for clients, showcasing expertise and solutions
- Liaising with stakeholders, coordinating networking activities, and fostering strong relationships
- Overseeing the testing process to ensure quality, timeliness, and effective resource utilization
- Maintaining program websites, blogs, and e-learning services for seamless user experiences
- Designing and developing tests with multiple versions for diverse client needs
- Collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and performing additional duties as required
- Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (Psychology)
- 2-3 years of experience in Aptitude Testing Tool Development
- Aptitude for problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
