Responsibilities
  • Audit and Review
    • Conduct quality audits on invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Investigate errors in invoicing and work with teams to resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure all invoicing activities comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare detailed reports on quality audit findings, including trends and areas needing improvement.
  • Client Interaction
    • Collaborate with clients to understand invoicing requirements and provide feedback.
  • Data Analysis
    • Use data to analyze performance trends and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role within finance or invoicing.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial regulations.
