Operations Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Inventory Management, Workflow Optimization, and Supply Chain Logistics. The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize our company’s operational processes, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring accurate stock counts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Inventory Management: Proven track record in inventory management and optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP Experience: Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience with a focus on team development.

  • Lean Certification: Six Sigma or Lean Management certification.
  • Automated Inventory Systems: Experience with implementing and managing automated inventory systems.
