Role

Contribute to building intelligent, scalable solutions using Microsoft's ecosystem and AI orchestration tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern software architecture and experience in .NET development, Azure cloud services, and Semantic Kernel.

  • Lead the design and development of complex features and systems ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Take responsibility for code quality, adhering to secure coding practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
  • Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and mitigate them proactively.
  • Embrace a consulting mindset by translating technical requirements into business solutions and proposing efficient approaches.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
  • Assist in developing and improving team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Services and Architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Semantic Kernel, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and building AI-enabled applications.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven patterns in distributed systems.
  • Good understanding of cloud-native design patterns, scalability, and security principles.
  • Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Infrastructure Code), and deployment automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
