Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team.

This role involves designing and delivering market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a seasoned member of an agile team, you will be responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative software solutions with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches
  • Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
  • Extract insights from large, diverse data sets to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
  • Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
  • Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
  • Proficient in coding in one or more languages
  • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying languages
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Advanced level experience working with Java script or VB Script
  • Experience with UI automation using Selenium or any RPA tool like Win Automation / UI Path / Blueprism/ Automation Anywhere / Processrobot
