Coating Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Applying Coatings: Apply high-quality coatings to autoparts using advanced spray techniques.
• Maintaining Equipment: Operate and troubleshoot various coating equipment, including guns, to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhering to Protocols: Handle cleaning procedures and follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Inspecting Products: Inspect finished autoparts for defects and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Essential Skills: Proven experience as a Spray Painter, expertise in operating and troubleshooting coating equipment, proficiency in cleaning procedures, and adherence to safety protocols.

Familiarity with Chemicals: Familiarity with a range of coating chemicals and their proper application is required.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
