Job Title: Director Administration
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Director of Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and leadership, and will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization.
The Director of Administration will lead and motivate staff to achieve their best performance, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient administrative operations, and coordinate events and meetings.
The role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative functions of the organization.

- Coordinate events and meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up with attendees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
