We are seeking a highly skilled software professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and leadership.

The Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and extensible architectures for mobile and web applications.
  • Participate in technical discussions and reviews to ensure solutions align with industry standards.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines, identifying key milestones and deadlines.
  • Resolving technical challenges and providing guidance on complex design decisions.
  • Set technical direction, define best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
  • Determine the overall structure of the application, selecting appropriate technologies, and designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Monitor project technical health and address emerging risks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Work with development teams to allocate resources effectively.
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication on projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions to share architectural principles and best practices with developers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years' experience building Enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years' experience in architect-level roles, involving leadership and mentorship of development teams.
  • Proven track record of professional software development, including shipping products on large code bases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer needs and delivering solutions that provide value and meet customer expectations.
  • Experience with modern web development technologies, including Java and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in mobile app development, including iOS and Android.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and security best practices.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software systems.
  • Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of database design, optimization, and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
