IS Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT audit and assurance standards, guidelines, and tools and techniques, as well as international standards and frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

• The Information Systems Auditor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting IT audits of networks, applications, security, systems development, and processes.
• The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role:

The Information Systems Auditor will participate in the development of the annual IT audit plan, perform IT audit reviews using established auditing standards, and develop IT audit programs for each assignment.

• The role also involves reviewing system backup, disaster recovery, and maintenance procedures, gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports.
• The Information Systems Auditor will provide recommendations and guidance on identified security and IT risks, and prepare and present written and oral reports and other technical information in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 5 years of full-time experience as an IS/IT auditor is also required.
