About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in our quality assurance department. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in agile methodologies and test automation tools such as Selenium.

Main Responsibilities
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure repeatability and scalability of tests.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and address them in the testing process.
  • CI/CD Pipeline: Collaborate with the development team to integrate testing suites into the CI/CD pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant work experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies, particularly scrum.
  • Proficient in test automation tools, especially Selenium.
  • Demonstrable experience with regression testing and CI/CD integrations.
