Software Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in our software development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software engineering and the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and participate in project delivery.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, with hands-on involvement in backend (.NET, C#) and frontend (Angular, React) development.
  • Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Strong technical direction and guidance will be provided on Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and related platforms.
Leadership & Technical Expertise
  • Manage, mentor, and grow software engineering teams with a focus on skill development and performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical ownership within the team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Angular, React, and Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture, services, and security.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
