Key Responsibilities
- Monitor calls and provide coaching/feedback to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in a quality assurance role or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
