The role requires a strong understanding of data visualisation, econometrics and research methods. You will be expected to participate/lead the development of research objectives and design research protocols while ensuring ethical considerations. Additionally, you will help configure the field team to ensure high-quality data collection and monitor the process to ensure quality of daily/periodic data collection.

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including CERP internal teams and external researchers, designers, marketers, and product managers. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs and provide the requisite expertise. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are essential for this role, as well as the ability to present analysis to external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
