Key Appointment Setter Role

Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Appointment Setter to schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives. This role allows them to focus on meeting with clients virtually.

The appointment setter will be responsible for calling life insurance clients, having conversations using provided scripts, and booking appointments based on suitable times for both the client and the Sales Representative.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Booking appointments on provided leads via phone calls.
  • Using an application to record detailed comments on leads and track conversations with clients.
  • Providing daily end-of-day reports on progress and weekly reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with representatives and the team during working hours.
  • Achieving a target of 12-15+ appointments booked weekly, with a minimum of 8-10+ that show up.
  • Completing 15-20+ dials every hour.
  • Successfully completing our training program and recruiting process.

This role requires a minimum 6-hour shift, with a preferred timing range of 3PM-9PM EST (Toronto Time), equivalent to a 30-hour weekly commitment. Additional hours may be available based on performance.
