Customer Acquisition Expertise Wanted
We're looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Premium Credit Cards Sales team at HSBC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling of our premium cards products.
Main Responsibilities:
- This front-line sales position requires a high level of prospecting skills to identify new premium customers, execute timely sales activities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will leverage existing leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads to drive business growth and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Regular participation in marketing events, on-premise activities with co-brand partners, and connecting with prospective customers to set appointments and close deals are critical aspects of this role.
- Ensuring all applications are accurately completed and submitted properly for further processing, tracking application status, and resolving any application processing issues are essential tasks.
- Post-onboarding, the Business Development Manager will initiate card activation and usage activities, staying up-to-date on products and market benchmarking to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Working closely with various lead generation channels to create leads, follow up, meet, and close sales, ensuring all performance standards are met on sales, controls, and compliance.
