Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Strategist to drive business growth through effective marketing activities and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the Power Generation industry.

The Sales and Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales revenue.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with top management effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales revenue.
  2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Power Generation industry.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers to acquire new business and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations of company products and services to customer management teams.
  5. Maintain a steady flow of sales through regular pipeline management and targeted sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum four-year degree from an accredited institution in engineering science or business discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of selling Power Generation/Industrial equipment with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of local industry demand for Power Generation products and equipment.
  • Valid driving license required, with experience operating light and medium-sized vehicles.
  • Presentation and communication skills, including ability to engage top management effectively.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
